Time for an update I’ve lost 6 kilos since my last before/after pix and 24 kg since the beginning of my journey to a healthier life.

Thought I would submit a swimsuit before and after because it’s summer:)
At my highest weight I was about 198. Now I am 153.
The before picture was taken after I had lost those first 20lbs. After losing weight I gained so much confidence, but I figured I would always have that boxy shaped torso with little waist definition, After losing 20 more pounds I found that I could achieve a feminine, curvy shape after all.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something I’m working on every day still. I’m 10lbs away from my first goal weight, 20lbs from my ultimate goal weight.

My weight loss journey has been tough. I was never actually overweight, but I just didn’t feel like I was a normal, healthy weight. Not only that, but I didn’t feel like a healthy me.
The left picture is in December after I had gained a solid 10 lbs from the holidays. The right was today.
Before: 155-165 lbs, unhappy and unhealthy.
After: 120-130 lbs, extremely happy and healthy.
There is no secret. Everything you’ve heard is true. I had tried fad diets, but consistency is the true key to weight loss. Keep your habits consistent, and you will see results.
I feel a million percent better. I could never see myself going back to that weight. It did not work for me, so I found what did. This lifestyle works for me, find out what works for you!
