I was never over-weight but I treated my body like a waste basket. I would stuff my face with fast fried food, ice cream, chips and double desserts without even thinking about what I was doing to myself. My actions definitely reflected on the scale and on my clothes. Not only was I gaining weight, I had zero energy. I would pant walking up a flight of stairs! I also had constant stomach aches with lots of discomforts. I woke up one day, hated the way that I felt physically as well as what I saw in the mirror and that’s when I said enough is enough 😤 It’s time to start treating my body the way it deserved…and when I did, (with lots and lots of hard work) it rewarded me with amazing results. Time for an update I’ve lost 6 kilos since my last before/after pix and 24 kg since the beginning of my journey to a healthier life.
I’ve completely changed the way I eat; you can see some of my meals on my page. http://no-more-time-outs.tumblr.com/tagged/my-mealsFor my workouts I used to only do Jillian Michaels videos, now I’m still doing that but also Insanity and a bit of running.

Most revealing one yet I’m thinking ahah!

This is no way a before and after photo, this is before and barely even during photo! I have so much more potential to get thinner and fitter, its just a shame I can’t do any more for a MONTH due to my eye surgery.

Here’s to me not getting too fat while on “sick leave”!

Thought I would submit a swimsuit before and after because it’s summer:)
At my highest weight I was about 198. Now I am 153.
The before picture was taken after I had lost those first 20lbs. After losing weight I gained so much confidence, but I figured I would always have that boxy shaped torso with little waist definition, After losing 20 more pounds I found that I could achieve a feminine, curvy shape after all.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something I’m working on every day still. I’m 10lbs away from my first goal weight, 20lbs from my ultimate goal weight.
I carved this box into a babe. So can you.

The left picture is in December after I had gained a solid 10 lbs from the holidays. The right was today.
Before: 155-165 lbs, unhappy and unhealthy.
After: 120-130 lbs, extremely happy and healthy.
Height: 5’7
There is no secret. Everything you’ve heard is true. I had tried fad diets, but consistency is the true key to weight loss. Keep your habits consistent, and you will see results. 
I feel a million percent better. I could never see myself going back to that weight. It did not work for me, so I found what did. This lifestyle works for me, find out what works for you!
