Aussie guy here and this is my progress after completing one round of Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation which I thoroughly enjoyed doing and joined up to do another round! I lost a total of 18.3kg (I think that’s about 40 lbs) and 69cm around my body.
I went from an unhappy, angry, unfit, unmotivated person to someone who is living a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, I started playing rugby (never liked sports before), I have started looking at entering a running event, I’m fitting into clothes I haven’t worn for years, I cook healthy meals in healthy portions and I feel good. I still have a fair bit of weight to lose before I hit my goal weight (about 40kg) but I feel like my life is finally on track and in my control.
My height is 174cm which I think is 5’9” ? sorry I grew up with the metric system so hope those conversions were correct.
