I’m 25 and 164cm (5’4.5) tall. In the picture on the left I weighed 64kg (141lbs) and in the picture on the right 54kg (119lbs). Inbetween was one year of counting calories/healthy vegan eating and exercising at least 3 times a week (bodyrock, ZWOW, loving fit and running). I gained a little weight back since then but I’m trying to get fit and healthy again. My goal weight is probably around 52kg (115lbs), but I don’t care that much about the number on the scale as long as I feel and look good :)
