I am 5”5
20 days of counting calories and going to the gym at least 5 times a week! A little more then 10 pounds lighter and I’m not stopping now! I hope this motivates people as much as it motivated me when I saw such a noticeable difference in such a small amount of time. The pictures really helped because without the pictures I wouldn’t have seen a change in the mirror!
Don’t give up people, you can do this!
