I’m Sara, and it’s been 9 months since I started changing my lifestyle to get to the ever-wanted ideal “adventurer” body- to be lean, muscular, agile and fit as I ever wanted to be!
I’m 174 cm (5.7 feet) and ~60 kg (135 lbs) now, on the right picture, taken yesterday.
Left pic was taken on 2012. june 26. I weighed more than 75 kgs (165+ lbs) then, and that wasn’t even my highest- according to my journals, by 2012 january I was 85 kgs (187 lbs)!
Lowcarb and keto diets got me here and of course, lifting heavy (after this half year of getting used to it, I’m beginning to go for really heavy!) and intense kettlebell HIIT courses. I plan to switch to primal for maintenance.
