January 2012 (junior year - 17 years) vs. April 2013 (senior year - 18 years):
I am 5’4” in both pictures and in the first one I weighed about 150 pounds. Now, I weight about 140, but I also have put on muscle. When I had lost the weight, I weighed about 130, but I have gained about 10 pounds of muscle.
Still not completely where I want to be (my goal is to get a six pack and bigger arms!). Been feeling kind of down lately, so I thought I would post my old picture to make myself feel better.
As you can see from caption, this journey took OVER A YEAR. It takes time, and success does not happen overnight!
