I did this through running and changing my diet mostly! I eat a lot of proteins and full fat foods. Helps build muscle! Don’t be afraid of getting “bulky” and eating foods with fat in them! They are more satiating. In addition to running, I do yoga and the 30 day shred and the occasional random dumbbell moves.
