Before And After Fat Loss

After 10-11 months of eating clean and working my butt off (literally) I have FINALLY lost 100 pounds!! I’ve come so far and I’m not stopping now! My original goal weight was 160 lbs, but I think now I wouldn’t mind seeing 140 or 135 one day. This last week felt like a lifetime, just trying to get to this place. But I made it :-)
Weight loss is so weird. It’s weird for me because sometimes I can’t believe how different I look and feel now, but some days I feel like I look in the mirror and can still see the person I used to be. Then at other times, I don’t remember ever feeling like I was as big as I was. I look at these before pictures of myself and I can’t believe I ever looked that way. I’m not proud of the fact that I was severely obese, but I am so proud of how much I’ve accomplished and changed myself for the better.
So here’s to running faster and further, eating tons of fruits and veggies, doing planks and push-ups until I fall on my face, and to never seeing that number on a scale ever again!!
HW: 278 lbs (126 kg)
CW: 178 lbs (80 kg)
GW: 160 lbs (72 kg)
UGW: 135 lbs (61 kg)
