In the first picture I weighed in at 164. I don’t know how much I currently weigh. I’ve strayed away from scales as much as possible. [5’4”] I know is that I’ve worked out whenever I have the chance and inspiration. I’ve given Insanity 2 shots this pass year, haven’t gotten pass week 2. The first time I stopped because I had to move. Now I stopped because I’m not feeling so good. I’m resuming the second week on Monday, which is apparently today. (lol) I’ve eaten junk food occasionally and jogged about 4 times. I jog to wherever I’m going to get there faster. I’ve become more active and don’t turn down walking when my boyfriend wants to go somewhere. I even resort to walking to places instead of taking the bus if I’m not in a rush. I’ve gone hiking a few times this year, the rough way- not through the designated trails. (I’m so bad*ss!)
Trust me, it takes time and you feel like you’re not getting anywhere sometimes but… you are! Every little step you take to a healthy life will show eventually. You just don’t realize it because you look at yourself all the time. I remember looking at b&a pics trying to find the one with the most resemblance to my body. I think I’m doing good. <3
I’m happy that I see progress but I’m not at my goal weight yet. Support me! I support you!
