I’m 25 years old.
After my pregnancy I weighed 178 pounds that was in 2011, my self esteem was very low, my food was junk food but after that, I became motivated and 7 months later I lost 40 pounds but now I’m 139 pounds, the key is to love yourself and motivate yourself every day.
My diet consists of eating healthy (salads and fruits) doing exercise every day, at least one hour daily, think you’re going to accomplish.
Now I feel great and I feel I can accomplish anything and do not want to go back to those days that I felt depressed , I love my body and I take care of it.
