I think looking at before and after pictures is an incredible motivation, because sometimes it’s hard to tell how much your body has changed when you live with it all the time.
It’s weird to remember what size you were before you started (for me, usually XL or L in tops) to seeing what size you are now (S or M)
I’m not quite sure how much I weighed in the first photo, but I was in the high 100’s/low 200’s. Now, I’m somewhere in the mid 100’s and I’m 5’6”.
At my highest, I was around 214 pounds. I’ve lost around 60 pounds mainly just by eating better. Now, I work out 5 or 6 times a week.
