Before - around 100kg (220lbs), after - 80kg (176lbs).
Lots of cardio, lifting. Eating lots of lean protein and veggies. One cheat meal a week or two weeks.

Work hard, rest, drink lots of water (I have about 4 liters/day) and don’t listen to anyone. Do your thing!
