Here is the picture of my body! About 2 years ago I was 258 lbs. I was depressed and felt extremely lonely. One day I decided to do something about my weight and I ended up signing up for bootcamp classes for about a week (just to try it out). I was skeptical at first, but I ended up loving it after the second time I went! I always in the past, had a hard time loosing weight on my own so the fitness bootcamp classes were perfect for me. I ended up getting lots of support from fellow bootcampers! Iam now 184lbs and am still on my way to loosing more. I have lost 74lbs up to date and I FEEL AMAZING!
