Hello! Well I’ve submitted to here before, but recently I broke my weight loss plateau that lasted over 3 months and lost 5 more pounds over the past couple weeks so I thought I would update my progress in hope of inspiring others that were having the same struggles as me and wanting to give up. I started my journey in September of 2012, by simply just eating clean and exercising daily I have completely changed my life and I hope to never look back! Haha excuse the silly picture, I’m squating it out with my “tough” face with my new 25 pound weight in my state of the art gym aka my room haha (I’ve gone my whole weight loss without ever stepping in a gym!). I’m 5’8”, I have a large frame. My starting weight was 201 and my current weight is 163.
