I went from 225 lbs to 195 lbs. I feel that my results would have been quicker had i been implementing a clean eating diet since I took the before picture. I can’t emphasise how great of a role clean eating has been in my success so far. Between the summer of 2011 and the spring of 2012 I had been working out fairly consistently, doing P90x and Insanity. I saw results but not to the extent I wanted, due to the fact that I was eating without caring. Then around the beginning of the summer I downloaded MyFitnessPal and really started holding myself accountable for what I ate. That lead to me buying a heart rate monitor and soon I was fully invested in all things fitness. This has truly become a new way of life for me, and I have no intentions of stopping.
