Before And After Fat Loss

Hey guys! Being part of the fitblr community, I am so SO nervous to put this online but confident that I will receive support! I am 5’4, and weigh about 144lbs. In February, I was around my highest weight of 147lbs, and in May, I am around 144lbs. In weight, there is not much of a difference, and to be honest, I didn’t think I had changed all that much. But I try to work out consistently, and eat as clean as I can (lots of slip ups!) and I have gotten somewhere. My lowest weight was 133 back in 2011 and I am determined to get back to that point and get to my UGW of 125lbs :)
