5’3, 24 years old.
This is in no way a before & after, but a before & during! I’ve lost 20 lbs since February by doing Weight Watchers & running at least a mile 6 days a week.
I have about 30 lbs to go until my UGW, but I feel unstoppable and had to share my progress!
If you have trouble eating healthy on your own or have failed at weight loss before, I cannot stress enough how great of a program Weight Watchers is! It’s easy to keep track of what you eat, plus you can eat WHATEVER you want as long as you don’t go over your point values for the day. I still have my Taco Bell fixes like once a week!
The only person that can make you change for the better though, is YOURSELF. Stay strong!
