Since I got so many compliments from people who haven’t seen me for the last 8 weeks, I decided to take a picture in that dress when I came home last night. I found the left one (I’m wearing a wig.) on my phone as well and woah! I did NOT think I’d look so different!
On the left I couldn’t even zip the dress completely, now it’s almost a bit loose. For a time in my life I felt confident enough to wear it and I’m a little sad that it might not fit me anymore in a few months time.
I started my journey in January when I joined Weight Watchers. The biggest improvements came when I did the 30 Day Shred - just do it! Now I’m running, doing Yoga and Kettlebell training and I’m starting Jillian Michaels’ Body Revolution this week.
My goal weight is 68kg / 150lbs. From there I might go even down to 63kg / 140lbs.
