I felt pretty crappy about myself last night/this morning because I gorged on Taco Bell, and it wasn’t because I ate it, it was because I ate WAY more than I normally would.
So, I took a photo to compare to one of my old ones to inspire myself since it’s worked for me in the past. What I got was so much of a surprise. I didn’t realize that it was so visible. It’s really hard to stay motivated and notice yourself changing when it’s something so gradual that you see on a daily basis, but this blog has shown me time and time again that it’s possible if you just stick to it. So, I wanted to contribute and hopefully inspire someone else in the same position I am in that they can do it.
I don’t really have a goal in mind, I’m just changing the portions of my meals. I’ve been using Myfitnesspal for the last 60 days and this is what has changed. I’m wearing the same pants in both photos, and they are so loose on my now. I’ve had to buy smaller bras because a 42 just doesn’t fit at all anymore.
You guys are all so awesome and inspiring.
