I am a female who weighed 276 in the first picture. I lived an uncomfortable lifestyle. Had trouble breathing and giving my best athletic performance on the softball field. Now I workout vigorously and have a healthy addiction to cardio. I weigh 169 in the second photo and have completely transformed my body. I am still working on gaining more muscle and definition. I am dedicated to body building and staying in shape. I did it all through clean eating and exercise. No synthetic protein, all organic, lean meats, fruits, veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese, egg whites, nuts, oatmeal. And hard work. You guys can do it!
