Before And After Fat Loss

*Picture in the left HW somewhere around 230+ in summer of 2011, weighed myself that fall at 227 and decided to join weight watches in the spring of 2012 which helped me to start eating healthier& motivate me to move more. Height 5’ 4”.
With a combination of eating better, just dance 3 on the Wii in the morning for 30-45mins I was used to I was able to reach 199.9 by the day of The Color Run my first 5k on July 29th 2012. Got off track for quite awhile after that and didn’t become serious again until this April and have even started interval jogging& am currently half way through Jillian Michaels 30DS.
*Pic on right (May 24th) around 185, I haven’t weighed myself in a few weeks because I was too obsessed with the scale and it was ruining my motivation when I wasn’t seeing the number drop quickly enough. Instead I’m paying attention to how my clothes fit, my measurements& how my body feels overall and THAT gives me motivation :) I’ve already lost about 3.5 inches from my waist in the past 3 weeks! When I started my journey I was wearing a size 18 US in women, I’m now wearing a size 13/14 in juniors.
I’ve cut out all soda& junk food/fast food, my diet consists of lots of fruits& veggies, lean protein, yogurt(greek), LOTS OF WATER, whole wheat/oats, almond milk and basically just real/natural food. My ultimate goal is to have a healthy body& mindset and to be able to run a 5k without stopping.
