SW: 180.7 lbs - 82 kgs
CW: 170.6 lbs - 77.4 kgs
UGW: 130 lbs - 59 kgs
Almost 10 pounds - 5 kilos lost but not in a short period of time .. took a lot of hard work.
Started on Dec 2012 and cont. all the way till Mar 2013 reached 79 kgs but had to stop because of my university ( architecture major ) >< torture
even though i stopped working out but i never stopped eating healthy although there was the occasional Big Mac >< but never gave up
started again 2 weeks ago and lost almost 2 kgs ^^ and decided to make my first progress pic
