Mehhh this is a before and during. I got these results from just a month! :)))) Seriously though I just cut back on my calories and cut the junk out. I run everyday and used to strength train everyday but it over-exhausted my body. Now I strength train 3/4 times a week.
Starting weight: 178 :/
