In March of 2013, I started to eat better and improve my overall energy level. I started working out in the gym 3-4 times a week. My weight has stayed the same for the past month so I need to increase my cardio sessions and increase the weights.
What I have been doing is: choosing healthier food choices such as lean protein, green leafy vegetables, fruits and whole wheat products.
I also need to stop snacking and doing the multiple cheat days a month!
