In January 2013 I decided that I wanted and needed to loose weight. So far I’ve lost around 4st (50+lbs) and although my only goal weight is a healthy weight, I’d like to loose at least another 30lbs by the end of this year. I’ve been eating clean and healthy with plenty of fruit and veg and exercising around 4-5 times a week. Lately, I have felt myself slipping so I’m posting this to show myself how far I’ve come and how much loosing the weight has changed my life. It’s been less than six months so far and I never thought I’d be able to do a before and during picture like this, so let’s see what the next six months can bring.
