6 months ago I gave birth to my 4th child and my body looked horrible. Since that day I have lost 50lbs, which like 25 of that was actually my weight not from the baby, I have lost 6” off my hips, 8” off my waist, and 3” off my chest. I have changed my eating habits drastically, but have an occasional treat. I also am way more active! I am 5’6” in the first pic I weighed about 194 and the second 165! My goal is to be around 125.
