Before And After Fat Loss

The picture on the left was me at my highest weight of 195 pounds, in February of 2013. I had horrible eating habits… What I ate and the amounts I ate were completely unhealthy. To put the icing on the cake, I had never exercised in my life and my weight had spiraled out of control. One day, I went to put on my favorite jeans in the biggest size I had ever worn and they wouldn’t button. My self esteem had never been so low in my life, but at the same time I had never been so motivated to make a change.
Fast forward 4 months to the picture on the right: Now in June of 2013, four months after the picture on the left, I have lost 29 pounds bringing me down to 166 pounds. I ate healthy, and I exercised. My diet is not the complete picture of health by any means… I love carbs, sweets, fried food, and all that good (actually, bad) stuff, and I still do indulge in my favorite things IN MODERATION. I do between 30 and 60 minutes of cardio 3 to 5 days a week along with weightlifting. And lots and lots of water. That’s it!
