i decided to start seeing a nutritionist after gaining a large sum of weight during senior year of high school. i’m super lazy, so i lost almost all of the weight strictly by keeping a diet of lean protein, fruits, and vegetables. it’s really important to work out, so i’m starting now just to tone the jiggle in my legs..
one year clean of junk food.. getting started is the hardest part, from there it only gets easier. :)
