I’ve posted before but I finally feel like I’ve made progress to post again, it was really hard after being diagnosed with separation anxiety and acute depression but if anything it motivated me more do something about my body despite my mind being a mess. Weight loss has always been hard for me, I tend to get complacent, I’m not the cleanest eater, and I get plain lazy. But it hasn’t stopped me from taking steps forward even if I fall two steps back. Everyone’s weight loss journey is unique, make your own way and own progress. It doesn’t matter how long your journey takes, it’s that you get to there in the end.
