One year (July 2012-July 2013). 35~ lbs (190~ to 155). 3 pant sizes. Lots of new found confidence For the past 6+ months I’ve been struggling with binge eating disorder, which has kind of stagnated my weight loss, but it hasn’t discouraged me! I’m working on pushing through it and a few months of strength training (even while bingeing) has proven extremely beneficial for my overall strength and health and tummy fat!! It makes me so happy to see how far I’ve come in one year despite everything I’ve struggled with. I’ve used my ED to educate myself a ton about binge eating, diet, and training so if anyone actually reads this caption and is going through something similar or just wants advice, please feel free to message me!
