Hi! Let me introduce myself to you all. I’m Evy, 16 years old and 167 cm/ 5’5” tall. I gained weight because of my medication, but now I’m almost winning the battle of my depression (and some other issues in life), I thought the time was right to get on track and get healthy. I was eating very badly (l ate either a lot or nothing at all. I also snacked a lot.) Now I’m eating healthily, 3 meals a day and yoghurt/nuts/fruit between the meals. I run 3 times a week and have an active job as a cleaner. My mood also improved from eating more healthy and working out, so that is a tip to people who also suffer/have suffered from depression (or anxiety!) My goal weight is 57/58 kg (That means I would have a BMI of 20.3) but my main goal is just to stay on track. Anyone who has questions, feel free to message me.
