I decided that I needed to post my progress somewhere, I need more motivation because it’s getting harder. I want to lose this whole weight so badly that I get insane when I don’t see results quickly :( So i need to calm down and just notice how much I was able to change into such a small period of time. This is my progess so far, it’s been 2 months and I did the 30 day Shred and 10 days of ripped in 30 (so far).
Photo on the left I was 91, 8 kgs and photo on the right I’m around 88 kgs (which doesn’t matter since the scale doesn’t get very accurate).
You can obviously tell that it wasn’t a major change, but it’s enough for me to fit into clothes that I had stored from before…yep I had lost weight before :x
I had lost 25 kgs before! But last year I gained it all back…I hate that, but I’m also glad because I did it the wrong way before, now I want to be fit and healthy (:
So..I want to keep this going, lose more weight and tone up, wear my old pretty clothes and be happy!
