This was really hard for me to post, but i have been working hard and i can finally see some results
The first picture was taken about a month into my weight loss journey at around 250. The second photo was taken today (3months in) at 205
I workout 5-6 days a week (Cardio and weight training) and i eat pretty healthy with of course 1-2 cheat days in there too (:
its not easy but everyday i’m getting stronger
