Before And After Fat Loss

I am 5’10 1/2, almost 20 years oldI HAVE FINALLY LOST 25 LBS! (My goal is 165, so 11.8 lbs more to go!) (And then I have goal #2 which is 155) (And then I’m sure I’ll have another goal….)
On the left I am 200.8 lbs (April 22 2013) on the right I am 176.8 lbs. (August 16 2013) I feel like this journey has been so long but it’s really only been 3.5 months, I wish it would all happen so much faster but the healthy way doesn’t go fast and I know that. My exercise is mainly jogging (3.2 miles) 5/6 times a week. And if I’m not jogging I’ll do cycling or stairmaster. I really hate working out indoors aka why I don’t like the gym aka why I jog outside. My meals mainly consist of vegetables, fruits, some lean protein, and some whole wheats. Lots and lots of water and occasionally some diet sodas (Omg yeah, I said it!)
