5’5”  HW: 245lbs SW: 209lbs CW: 150lbs GW: 145lbs
In the course of six months I was able to lose close to 60lbs. According to most charts in order to have a healthy BMI I should be in the 140’s.
Six small meals a day and a gym membership have gotten me this far. I’m almost at my goal. Maintenance doesn’t scare me because I have changed the way I think with regards to food and my health. I’ve always been overweight. I proved, to myself, that it is possible to reach your goals with dedication and determination.
