Hello my name is Colton I am 6’3 20yo as you can see I was once extremely overweight. In the summer of 2012 I began my weight loss journey I eat a diet that consisted of mostly chicken and lean proteins and would regularly do 2 hours of cardio. I achieved my goal around july of 2013 so almost a full summer and have lost some 200 pounds and look like a completely different person. I cannot in words describe how much easier overall everday things have become. Now if i decide to take a walk around my neighborhood I can easily end up walking miles farther than originally intended.
